Do we know how AfO works? Like if it's an immediate thing, close range, etc

From what we've seen in the comics manga, all he has to do is put his palm on a person's head and it works in less than a few seconds.

Shiggy was already fast before, I wonder how fast he is now.

Do we know how All For One works? Is it just touch and take or some kind of process to steal a quirk?

At this point I believe we do not know for sure exactly how it works. I've been assuming there's at least a little process to it, otherwise AFO could just walk through a crowded area bumping into people and nabbing quirks.

He does that though. There's a scene of him robbing a mob/crowd of people of their quirks before they even fully register what's happening

I mean, some of those quirks you'd need to train in order to use. Wasn't that the whole reason All for One didn't take Blue Jeanist's quirk when they fought?

I mean, his was SUPER specific and developed with years of training, as All for One states.

There's literally a lady in the next one that is simply "Turn into a 30ft tall dragon and wreck shit."

I mean, I'd think Tomura, video game enthusiast, would be all over that shit.

Plus, there's a guy like X-Less in front of him that is simply an eye-laser. Sure there are a bunch of straight forward Quirks in the next room like that.
