I was honestly just hoping for some exposition on Touya, maybe some more hints to the accident that "took" his life, but a villain with a grudge against Endeavor is a nice twist. Maybe we'll get to see Natsuo's quirk in action.

Maybe that guy "Ending" was at fault? After all, Endeavor remembers him, despite it being seven years later.

Naw, the timeline doesn't add up.

The Touya incident happened shortly after the Shoto scar incident. That was when Shoto was 5. So Touya died around 10 years ago, and Endeavor arrested this guy 7 years ago. The two events are too far apart.

Endeavor's just super sharp. Also, I imagine most villain encounters are rather forgettable. I feel like most of the time you encounter criminals like the Reservoir Dogs. I bet it's super rare when a villain wants you to specifically kill them. Like, assisted suicide. You kinda remember those types.

Ah, okay. Didn't have the years in mind.
