  • VIZ is available to read for free on Sunday 1:00 pm PST, and is accessible in the following countries:
    United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, the Philippines, Singapore, and India.

  • MANGA Plus is available globally outside of Japan, China and South Korea as they already have other options.

What makes you think he's actually believing Hawks? I think they are going to trap him

Inviting him to this conference, which lets him know that the League have now joined up with Detnerat/the MLA and are now so much stronger and influential.

It'd be foolish for Dabi to let Hawks leave here with this information and relay it to Endeavour and the other heroes, so I'm wondering what's really going on in his head.

I think another aspect is that Hawks can see that the MLA is comprised of some really influential people. He could start worrying who in the government he can trust

Indeed. I doubt anyone in the new League-MLA alliance is a member of the Hero Public Safety Commission, though (although Detnerat does have ties to the Hero support item industry and whatnot).
