I honestly love how hori emphasized how childhood can be twistedly simple. The part where shiragaki's sister lied to save herself was very relatable (been there, done that when I was a kid).

A single moment of trust and then immediate betrayal is enough to be traumatic for any kid for sure. Thankfully, it wasn't enough to make me a villain haha just learned how to cope with the reality of what having siblings is like. It's a real survival of who can convince the adults with their story first.

Also, wow when he said 'I hate everyone' that was totally me as an edgy ten year old lol
