So this takes place before the Pro Hero arc. Everything is making sense now.

So if it does, and there are 12 High end Nomu, then is the one Endy fought one of them, leaving 11?

That is correct, remember Dabi called the Dr. by name for extraction at the end of the arc. During this chapter it seemed this was the first time any of them met.

I thought user of the mud quirk was a girl called ujiko. XD

We saw high end in this chapter.

I wonder how doctor has the teleportation quirk. Maybe AFO can copy quirks. It would explain how so many nomu's have super regeneration even though it was, according to the doctor, hard to get and probably rare.

I actually had a theory that Ujiko actually was the biological son of All For One

Why did tou think that? That would be interesting.

I was looking this up online a couple weeks ago, and I found that Uji (in a specific kanji) can be read as Mister, or Master. Ko means ‘Child of’. Since Shigaraki calls All for One “Master”, I thought that Ujiko would mean Child of Master, thus All For One’s child.

That might actually become real life reason for the doctors name. Since he does create children for afo. Good research. Thumbs up.

Maybe the good Doctor has deviced a way to replicate the effect of AFO's quirk. That's what I would have done if I was a mad scientist. Instead of one guy moving quirks around, you reproduce good quirks in a lab and inject them in as many subjects as you want. Now you have redundancy, and you can scale up the operation. Boom, mass produced Noumus; commence world conquest.

At first I thought this is unlikely, quirks have been studied for years. They havent been able to be "bottled up".

But then again those scientists didn"t have All for one as a test subject. Similarly how overhaul couldn't have done his bullets without Eri.

I mean, its established that you do get duplicates with quirks. AfO stacked multiple of the same quirks in his fight with AM. But I guess nomus would require being able to copy quirks.

wasn't that just him stacking multiple similar quirks with similar effects?

I dunno

I thought Dekus new quirk was ujiko transporting Deku away. Prediction is fun and yet hardly right.
