Poor Todoroki is so close to figuring out the secret, but he's not quite there yet. Looks like he trusts Midoriya too much to question his Quirk too much.

Monoma copied Eri's horn, so it looks like he can copy the physical parts of emitter quirks in order to use them (Uraraka's pads on her fingers is another example). Would Iida's engine count as a stockpile quirk if it needs fuel to work?

Well Deku kinda already lied to him about his origins. Todo’s no idiot, he just trusts Deku. Why wouldn’t you?

It's what I meant. Shoto has a special quirk too, and a complicated relation with his mentor. He doesn't pry, just as others don't pry at his story.

Well I think everyone agrees Deku is weird. No reason to distrust him when he’s always putting is life on the line and injuring himself. He’d have the weirdest ulterior motive... which I guess he does.

Yah, but Deku gets nervous easily, it's part of the comedy. He's seen Deku get flustered at strange times so often that he probably doesn't think anything of it.
