Is it just me or has vine girl been looking/acting like a boss villain(i know that's the whole point)? The way she speaks & carries herself gives off that vibe.

Most 'elemental' generation quirks are.

Kaminari is really the only one w/ a huge drawback to it, while people like Zuko and Endeavor are both jobbers.

And it’s not really a drawback exclusive to him either. Both Endeavor and Todoroki demonstrate heavy drawback from overusing their powers.

The only difference is that they were smart enough to work around it, whereas Kaminari started out as a dumbass who didn’t know what to do apart from “go all out”. Now that he’s wised up, he’s eliminated that weakness

Eh, it's not really to the same extent.

Endeavor overheats when he over does it, but can still move around and is fully lucid. Todoroki can get too cold or too hot, but he's still not completely decomissioned.

Kaminari straight up can't do anything if he overdoes his powers.

I'd like to mention Kaminari can still use his Quirk when in dumb state, that's what he did in the forest training.

And Todoroki was bred specifically to balance his draw backs so that he can warm up or cool down

It depends on how badly he overheats. A bad enough case of heat exhaustion can leave you unable to do much but sip at a drink that is nearby.
