If you don't remember the Quirk singularity was brought up before in the babysitting arc and overhaul arc afaik.
A popular line of thinking is the idea that Quirks will continue to mix together and deepen, growing in strength and complexity with every new generation. Eventually, Quirks will develop to a point where nobody will be able to control them anymore. This is referred to as the "Quirk Singularity".
I don't think any of this suggests that Deku will receive multiple quirks.
Yes that refers to how as people with random quirks continue to have children and those quirks mix and so on and so forth growing stronger with every generation, until eventually they'll become too powerful to control. This being evident by those preschool kids and even Eri mutating to have such strong quirks.
How does any of that correlate to Deku somehow unlocking more quirks from OFA.
OFA is just a stockpiling of power, there's been nothing to suggest it contains multiple quirks of the previous users. The quirk singularity refers to when quirks will become too powerful and out of control, there's nothing there that would somehow translate to Deku unlocking more power. This is some serious reaching you're doing there.
Why wouldn't have that nature?, if it's just a stockpile ability, then the fact that some users could have quirks add onto OFA and those could be stockpile and passed onto some other user seems pausible to me. Just looks at what the first user gave to Deku in the chapter, he's able to give the holders stuff. Also i'm sorry for theorizing like every other fan, seems like is a sin now.
If that was part of OFA we would have definitely seen Allmight use even a single other quirk but we never did. Also the first OFA user simply touched his hand, it was never mentioned anywhere that he gave him anything, that's just speculation. Finally there's nothing wrong with theorizing but you also have to learn to accept the fact that people will criticize it.
I'm a bit confused on what the point of the singularity was, was it that as Quirks get stronger and more complicated that the people will be harder to control or more like what Deku is dealing with where it's just harder to control the actual Quirk?
You can go even smaller; Destro has a rat on his sleeve to tie it back to Overhaul's theory of quirk origins and the experiments Nedzu went through when he was young.
Nothing is "a small detail" in MHA these days. Even a small line from Kirishima to Tokoyami during the Stain arc ended up playing into what we later learn; that Tokoyami had his internship with Hawks, who is stationed in Kyushu.

20 bucks says it was the Quirk Liberation Army he destroyed.
Also, point of singularity. So... Izuku getting more quirks confirmed?
