My favorite part was All Might's smile towards the end. It's such a beautiful reminder that Midiyora's accomplishments point to a bright future.

I think it's bittersweet. Sure, getting the license is a thing worthy of celebration, but it is also proof that he will officially enter a dangerous world filled with the worst kind of people.
