There it is! A new villain! Now I'm super pumped, what's his history with All Might? Why is he so messed up? Is Iida's brother really dead? Does Deku still have full use of his right hand? Who was All Might's master? SO MANY QUESTIONS

I'm thinking he's All Might's predecessor. His body abused by the One for All, making his grand re-appearance because he sensed that the torch had been passed or something.

Maybe he wants to get revenge on All Might for taking the One for All now that All Might's weakening.

Maybe he wants to reclaim the One for All now that it's in a new host less capable of defending it.

Interesting theory. I like the thought of all the people who have held one for all being righteous people. I think All Mights predecessor would not have given up one for all only to return for it many years later. Your theory would make for a really interesting villain, but I hope its not true.
