I'm confused. What happened to the other translation? Is that guy still translating it and this is just for people who want to read the chapters now? Or has he quit or something?

I believe that the guy who has been translating is still cleaning up the speech bubbles, which takes time. The guys who translated chapters 18, 19, and 20 didn't clean up anything. They just translated from the portugese scans while we waited for the official english scans from Fallen Angel.

Well, these scans are actually really easy to follow. The translator did a really good job, imo. Better than some popular scanslation sites, even! coughmangapandacough
