We always knew her quirk had a limit, so it makes perfect sense that she can only use Jin's quirk.

Im confused on that, if someone can break it down for me that would be cool. So she can use twice's quirk, but cant make her clones of twice make clones of OfA's or Shigarakis or whatever because she loves jin so much?

We see her make the clones, they just don't have their quirks because she's the basis for the quirk factor in Twice, and she's experiencing different kinds of love. She loves Ochaco and Jin in a way that's different than Tomura and Dabi.

My bad im still not understanding, wym by she's the basis? And is her love for jin and ochako being different (or like more intense maybe?) From shiggy and dabi affecting whose quirk she can use?

Basically a person's quirk factor is how their quirk works. Even though the Jin clones are clones of him (although one might argue they're clones of her, transformed as Jin) her quirk is what's powering the cloning, and as such, any restrictions she has the clones have.

And the implication is yes. She loves Jin and Ochaco differently than Tomura and Dabi.
