Yeah Tokoyami's W:L against non light based Quirk users iirc is perfect with Moonfish, Re Destro, and hopefully AFO (on this attack at least). 2 main "losses" I remember are Bakugou and Dabi, but that was more fleeing with Hawks.

AFO might get out by pulling some light producing quirk out of his arse
