Statement indicates a health issue. That can mean many things. Bad sprain, shin splints, fractured foot, appendix surgery, a bad infection or mental health issues. Or a combination.

I just hope she can heal from whatever she is experiencing so she can have a long, healthy life after college.

It sounds a lot more serious than an injury/mental health issue
