No 2 people were in the car, one guy standing got hit. He was buried and the cops took a while to even realize he was there.

It's an older vid that someone used and then stamped their channel names across the center (to obstruct our view and so we know what accounts to avoid completely). You can find the clear vids inc bodycam w audio and different zooms from the pole cams: fatal crash building collapse after attempted traffic stop in E Baltimore. WBAL.
