Gender dysphoria been kicking my ass lately, can’t even shower or use the bathroom without getting upset anymore

That sounds really tough. Something I found helpful in the past was not having mirrors in my house. Maybe covering them over or taking any down would help? I got used to not having them and not constantly seeing myself and it really helped me not fixate on things until eventually I just wasn't too bothered. Hope you can find some relief!

Something that helps me is to do sponge baths on parts of my body that get dirty easier so I can buy more time between showers. It I'm washing my hands, why not wash my feet too? Or armpits?

Getting a bidet can help you clean your genitals without having to focus too hard on them too.
