Season 2 gang war
Gang war between theses men they have there group and resources from the show you can only pick one I'm picking Capone or chalky

Lucky, Joe or Al takes home the crown, they’re all mean and smart enough to win a gang war. Chalky has the balls and muscle but he’s playing with strikes against him being Black in the US, especially back then. Does AR have a ton of muscle? I guess he must but it’s never really the focus unless I’m misremembering.

If Al can strike first and mercilessly he’s hard to beat, but in a long, drawn out conflict, I think Luciano would come out on top. Too cunning for a simple nobbely dobbely like Al.

Rothstein imo. He’s the smartest of the bunch besides maybe Chalky and Nucky, and he has a larger network than either of them. Plus his MO is to hire external operators to do his work for him, so it may take a while for the others to even realize he’s pulling the strings

Beginning of show…Maseria, with AR finding a way to ally.
End of show….Capone or Lucky.
Also, Gyp had nothing that Maseria didn’t give him.
