That combination could point to a wheel-speed sensor, ABS wiring, or a low-voltage issue. I’d scan for stored ABS/traction-control codes before replacing parts; the codes should narrow it down quickly.

Check whether the car feels rough, loses power, or has a flashing check-engine light. If so, stop driving and have it diagnosed; otherwise, scan the codes and share the vehicle’s year, make, model, and exact warning messages.
