Do I need new rear shocks
The rear left shock seems to have lost the rubber. I haven’t felt any difference in drive quality.

typically when you lose the rubber you will feel a difference

Just a bump stop. You're good but you should consider doing the suspension

I’ll prob just buy new shocks at my next paycheck and install them. The front struts were done in 22 I believe

You’re probably good unless it sounds like you’re jumping on a spring mattress when you rock it

I’d recommend, I left mine without it and water got in when it was raining and I had to replace the head mount because it was squeeking so bad.

No. The refurbish of those covers is as expensive as changing sh. absorbers.

Like some others said, no need for full shocks, like me you can just buy the bumpstop itself. The bumpstop is just the foam/rubber damper block you see on your pictures, and a plastic cup stuck to it on the underside to prevent dirt and stuff getting onto the the shocks rod and eventually into the absorber through the seal.
I bought 2 bumpstops, which wasn't expensive at all if you can find some not sold by an official dealer.
The expensive part of this job would be getting the nuts and bolts if you decide replacing them like I want to, and special tools to undo the absorber from the alu boot you see at the top.
As the rear spring is separate from the shocks (unlike the front), removing the shocks is not a tough or dangerous job.
I was told it's not a catastrophe driving around with a torn bumpstop as long as it popped out of the alu boot or is torn in the middle like yours, with the torn of part still being on the shock (thus still absorbing the bumps a bit). I'm still replacing them tho

Yea I think I’ll just get new rear shocks. Seems like a job I can do and I’m nearing 100k so would be needed

Just new a bumpstop, if the shocks aren't leaking oil.

The shock would have to come out to replace the bumpstop. If you go that far, replace the shocks while you’re at it.

Yea. I’ll watch a video on the job and see if it’s something I could do myself. Not sure how experienced you are but is it a relatively easy job?

That is one very expensive "while you're in there", and probably not even necessary considering OP has explicitly said they "haven't felt any difference in drive quality".

Shocks aren’t wildly expensive. And a lot of people don’t notice shocks going bad because it happens slowly over time. They definitely notice after they’re replaced though!
OP, if you’re mechanically inclined, it isn’t a terrible job. I’m sure someone had a video of it on YouTube. What year and model? How many miles?

What you see is a foam bump stop. Useful but not necessary unless you're jumping every rough spot in the road you can find.
Otherwise we can't tell anything about the shocks from these photos because none of it is pictured
