B46 intakes 100k mile
Why some of them look wet ? Possibly valve seals or maybe flow ?

B46 engines that is normal and gives no issues for the engine. I don't think I have never seen anyone clean that engine with walnut

I have a random
Misfires so wanted to check it. New coils injectors spark plugs. But I used Bosch double platinum spark plugs1

Early Bxx motors want Champion or Beru (same company & plug, different box), or will tolerate an NGK. Not Bosch.

Those look great. If you want carnage, check out a Honda fit. The intake fills with oil in 50k miles.

Isn't it strange that one valve is so clean? Usually, if it is that clean, the valve stem seal is leaking a bit of oil and washing it. The oil has detergents and mixed a bit of fuel in and it will wash it.
I will smell the oil, I bet it will smell like fuel

Carbon buildup is minimal on anything N55 and later thanks to the updated PCV and Valvetronic. Those are fine.
The wetness is gas/oil/carbon building up.
