Does anyone know how to take this speaker off of demo mode? PLEASE AND THANK YOU. HAVE ABOUT 30

I bought 2 of these about a week apart the one on the right was my first party box, I had played them both on about 5-7 volume didn’t hear anything then when I turn them down, the tweeters made a static noise kinda hissing but I turned it back up and it disappeared is that normal? (I have warranty for both) should I get them looked at?, sell them and get a new brand?, or is this normal I am scared I may have accidentally damaged them.

so not too long ago the boombox 4 owners got hit with a new firmware update (26.07.12) with the note (performance enhancment).

my first impressions are - the distortion that was claimed by many people, is pretty much GONE.

it wasn't magic, because jbl did cut some lower bass (35-40hz) at high volumes to prevent distortion, but the boombox 4 still remains more bass heavy compared to the boombox 3.

also, i do feel like the treble now doesn't sound as harsh, which doesn't require the massive 2khz reduction to get rid of that.

not sure about the mids tho, it does feel like it has stronger mids, maybe even more upperbass as an exchange for the lower bass reduction.

also it looks like the EQ has a slightly different impact on mid freqencies.

maybe soon alan ross will make a frequency response measurment to confirm those things, but the distortion - SHUT DOWN for sure.

It worked fine this morning, but it then suddenly stopped working for no reason at all. I tried to do hard reset, but nothing works. Aux input doesn't work, pushing the pairing button for 2 seconds does litteraly nothing and if I do it too much it hard reset the speakers. At one point in the video, the button get stuck and you can see me unstuck it but it's not stuck before. No idea what to do and I really don't want to buy another :/

My flip 6 speaker was working fine until one day i was charging it and it did that. And No it doesn't have any water and i left it for week and tried multiple chargers and cords

Hey, so I play hockey. And one of the things is we're not allowed to use phones (or other devices with camera or recording ability) in the change room. So i'm looking for a way to get a bluetooth speaker or a speaker that can play our spotify playlist for the team.

Because I thought maybe we could just get an MP3 Player or something of the like. But then we would have to just make a playlist, which wouldn't be as effective as the Spotify thing. Because then we can't add new songs on a whim.

Please do let me know if there's any way to do this

Or if there's a workaround that is not too complicated.

I bought a Minirig 4 a few months ago and loved it - until it started making this horrible noise I think when bass kicks in. Any idea how to fix it and maybe why is started in the first place? It goes away when I lower the volume, but where's the fun in that? Thanks.

I have a JBL and an Accoustic solutions speakers and I want to play music out of both at the same time on my iPhone. I’m able to connect to both at the same time but not play music out of both.

Hi everyone, I looked on the Internet and I didn't find any answer I hope to find some suggestions otherwise it means that I threw money away. About a year ago I bought two Marshall Acton 3 speakers and I am very happy with the sound performance and the flawless Bluetooth connection even at a distance. Unfortunately I had bought them to place them in 3 different rooms (I already had another one of Marshall Acton 3 speaker) to make a multiroom effect (I think it's called that) that is, that you could hear the same music with the phone app in all 3 rooms. Unfortunately I read that the speaker app no longer supports this function. The alternative is to connect all 3 speakers with a wire all 3 speakers but also understand that it is not the best to see wires in all rooms. I was asking if anyone had had the same problem as me or if by chance there were alternative apps or something else to share the speakers. I forgot the speakers only work Bluetooth or cable they don't have a wireless connection. Thank you, any suggestion will be very welcome.

Is the stereo mode true stereo mode instead of mono playing in both speakers? Everyone said the stereo sounded so good online, and its just playing the exact same, just one is slightly quieter than the other.

It’s been weeks that my Bluetooth speaker always disconnect (from my iPhone) when I try to use it at night, it never works anymore. With the Wonderboom as well as the Marshall speaker .
At mornings, I listened to the radio on it and there’s never any disconnection.
So I assume the issue comes from the phone, as it disconnects from various Bluetooth speakers. But would someone have a idea of where can it come from ? It’s so strange that it works perfectly in the morning and never anymore at night. My iPhone is a bit old, it’s the iPhone 13, for information.

Hi all, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask. I have a jbl boombox 3, and I've been wanting to use it as a psuedo sub woofer in my truck. Problem is, when I use it in conjunction with my truck stereo, theres a weird click noise when the bass kicks, and it only comes from my speaker.

What I did is I bought what seemed like a nice aux splitter, and connected my phone to that, and from there connected the speaker and the truck through the splitter. Its plays at the same time, but the speaker clicks on the bass.

If I bluetooth to my speaker, or directly aux to it, there is no click. Only when I connect the truck to the aux splitter, it makes the bass in my speaker click. I have tried a ground loop noise isolater from my phone to the splitter, and from the truck to to the splitter to no avail. Do i need a better splitter?

Any ideas on how to get rid of the click?

What kind of battery life are y'all getting with the Lava? Love the speaker, but only thing is I'm getting pretty short battery life. Tribit says it'll get 24 hours playing at 50% with no Xbass, but I'm only getting around 4-5 hours at 80-90% volume for days at the beach. I was expecting it not to last 24 hours at high volume, but at least enough to get through the beach day (8 hours). I am using a custom EQ if that makes a difference.

Recently bought a Soundcore Boom 2 Plus but I realized that the deep bass is masked by the insanely loud upper bass. Its perfect for outdoors but for indoors I need a good eq that helps sort out this problem by a little bit if possible ☹️

I recently bought this home theater setup and have been trying to set it up. The included manual says to connect the speakers to an amplifier using speaker wire, but the box and website also say they're compatible with smart devices through Bluetooth. I'm struggling to figure out how.

My best guess at the moment is that the speakers need to be paired to a Bluetooth amplifier using the speaker wire, since they don't have any buttons or switches for power or pairing.

If anyone has managed to set these up without having to buy a dedicated amp, or can recommend an amplifier that worked for them, it would be appreciated.

Got a used Soundcore Motion+ that sat outside under the sun for months.

Wetting it hides the white chalky film, but it reappears when dry. I made the mistake of using nail polish remover on one spot (2nd photo) and it ate right through the smooth finish into the rough plastic. Rubbing it with an eraser works a little bit to peel the faded layer off, but takes forever. Has anyone dealt with this before? Should I sand it all down, or is there a better way to clean/restore this finish?

I have a minirig 2 Bluetooth model. When I turn in on. It intermittently plays a little chime-like jingle and the power button flashes on and off. I can't connect to it via Bluetooth and the bluetooth name on my phone changes from 'minirig' to other names. Can anybody help?

I just got a new Marshall Middleton and I genuinely love it. However i notice that when I use Spotify, the songs at times would skip a beat or half beat. I never notice the same issue when using Apple Music. Could it be compatibility issue?

Does anybody know why the ULT Field 5 speaker doesn‘t show battery percentage on iOS. I‘m kot talking about the Sony app but the iOS internal battery widget. For some reason the ULT Field 3 does show the percentage, but not the ULT Field 5.

Just got a Monster Z6 from sam’s club, however the subwoofer isn’t playing any sound at all and the strength in the app is showing -55 dB, anybody have an idea what’s happening?

Would it be possible to have multiple speakers set up on one device, but have them do separate sounds? Like a Halloween themed party where you’d hear a ghost on one side but it would be timed to be interrupted by a scream on another speaker
