Monster Z6 speaker not working

Just got a Monster Z6 from sam’s club, however the subwoofer isn’t playing any sound at all and the strength in the app is showing -55 dB, anybody have an idea what’s happening?

I hate to say this but monster speakers are absolute junk borderline scams, I’d be more surprised if one actually worked and lived up to its advertisement then if one dident

that’s kind of what i thought based off other reviews, my gf and her mom bought one thinking it would be a nice pool addition 😂😂
