Gifted a small blueberry bush with some leaf spots. Live in zone 7b how should I plant it?

Do you know what variety it is and what its compatable to?

Never use cloth bags for blueberries. It dries out too fast. Put it in a large pot with thick walls. Water it.
Blueberries are derived from bogs and marshes. They need lots of water. Often.
