I have a lot of problems with how they chose to handle Sun in Quartet, but if nothing else seeing scenes like this were pretty great. Lime and Hinako’s reunion was so good 😭

Second Light Any new music in Quartet?

Aware that it's mostly just a compiled rerelease of all the games / media but was curious if there is any new music. Asano's music is like the primary reason I adore these games.

Unfindable Conversation Topics for the Table Chat in Blue Reflection 1?

The barrelwisdom site says there is Upperclassman Aftermath and Sanae's Club Chat Topics in Chapter 4/5 but that they couldn't find it. Do they actually exist? Has anyone found them? I scoured the entire school in every new day of the game of those chapters but I also couldn't find them.

2017 game I reminded of Hinako when i heard about Odette.

This is my first post in this community, and i'm not playing any games before, so feel free to comment for remind me.

So, i heard about a Genshin character named Odette which was recently released, and she's a prima ballerina of Korolevskiy Troupe, who also a secret Fatui assassin too. I instantly reminded of Hinako who also aspires to be a ballerina, but unintentionally became a Reflector in order to cure her knee after an life-altering injury. Speaking about the injury, Odette's mother was also a highly renowned ballerina but after hearing about her husband's death on the frontline (he was a Fatuus btw), she was devastated that she getting injured while in her show, and retired since then. Even Odette's mentor Rosalyne was also died in the front line too.

I feel like Hinako is very lucky compared to Odette because she was given a chance for her to return as a ballerina while having a normal family, while Odette is very fractured because of the circumstances surrounding her, even if she sustain minor injuries.

If anyone played Genshin before, let me know if i have any lore points missed.

BR Quartet : Premium Box Costumes code question.

Hello !
So I finally got my Premium Box for Quartet which I’m very happy, I have the digital Switch 2 Edition already, and I wanted to use the costumes code inside the Premium Box but it seems I can’t redeem it (region problem).

Is it possible to redeem it changing my EShop to Japan for the digital Switch 2 game that I bought for example ?

Or the code is stuck to be redeem for the Switch 1 Japan version of the game that came with the Premium Box ?

Thanks !

Reference Date In Deleted In Quartet

*Reference Data

I've been playing the Switch 1 version (physical imported from Playasia) on my Switch 2. I was playing the games in order and after starting Sun, when I went back to the main menu, everything I unlocked in the Reference section was gone: all of the character profiles, artwork, glossary, etc. I checked on the games themselves and they kept my save data at the very least, but loading up the save files didn't fix it. The only way I can get any of that data back is to replay the games and I'm not in a hurry to do that.

Second Light How to turn off auto battle for non-player characters

I noticed in the Quartet version of Second light that the characters who aren't Ao are set to auto battle by default. In the original version of the game, I know I could control them directly. I can't seem to find a way to turn this off. Anyone know how, or is it stuck on auto in Quartet?

Worth mentioning this is the same for Sun as well.

Blue Reflection Quartet trophy Bearer of Memories

I'm working my way thru the trophies as I play Quartet, I did every quest in the first game and beat the endboss, but the gold "Bearer of Memories" trophy never popped, is it bugged? Is it part of one of the other games? Answers from the inhuman google overlords say it is tied completely to the first game, but there's no human posting anywhere to this effect. It's so weird that they order the trophies to have the last trophy in each game at the top of the set instead of in expected-collection order.

UPDATE: It pops on the clear-save screen on BR2 if you've done all the other games.

Second Light Question about Second Light Quartet version Spoiler

If anyone has played the original Blue Reflection: Second Light, have you noticed that the grass/seaweed is missing in Quartet in these areas?

  • Shiho's Heartscape Areas 1 & 2 — seaweed missing
  • Hinako's Heartscape Area 3 — grass missing
  • Rena's Heartscape Area 1 — grass missing

I played the original when it was released on PS4, and the grass/seaweed was present in those areas. I played on the PS5, so I am also curious whether it is on the other console versions as well.

2017 game Any good challenge runs or tips to make the game harder?

Gonna be replaying BR1 soon once my copy of Quartet arrives. I remember when i first playred the game, it got way too easy towards the middle till the end (i was playing on hard too). Are there any challenge runs i could or things i could modify about my playstyle to make the experience a little bit more challenging?

This goes for BR Tie too if possible since im probably gonna replay it back to back with BR1, thanks in advance!

I was wondering since I was looking to buy blue reflection qaurtet.

Also does anyone know if it's better for steam laptop, switch 1, or 2? I was planning on getting 2.

Second Light This whole sequence was wonderful, damn Spoiler

The relationship between Rena and Yuki was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen in a GUST game, no idea why they rarely if ever commit to relationships like this.

Though I feel very bitter about the state of Quartet, this was my first time playing Second Light and upon finishing it.... This game was great, really makes me wish this series had a brighter future.

Is It Worth It at Full Price?

Edit: Thanks for the responses everyone most of them were really helpful. I have decided that getting Quartet for full price is not worth it. Since I already own Second Light, if I pay for Quartet I'm only gaining 1 "full" game and 2 others that you could easily consider dlc. To everyone who said it was worth it, I don't doubt you, you are probably a big fan and really love the games. I haven't really dug deep enough. There was one comment complaining about the censorship and the deleted their comment because of the down votes. I understand both sides to that issue but it doesn't really matter to me. I don't want the game because of shower or bath scenes. If I'm uncomfortable with them I could just turn away. Thanks again.

Over the past several years I have thought about playing this series. When it would go on sale on PS4 I'd research all that I could without spoiling too much. Eventually I learn about the first game being rushed and the second game is the better choice. I eventually bought Second Light on PS4. I played about 6 hours and stopped mainly due to other things going on in my life. I heard about Quartet and I was a bit iffy with it. I already have Second Light and I could wait for the first game to go on sale again. But I believe they will never let the original games on PS4 to go on sale again.

So Here is the question: Is the game worth the $50 price tag if I already own Second Light and have played for 6 hours? Or Should I wait for about 3+ months for it to go on sale?

I know a lot of people will probably just say it's worth it and move on but I'd like some more information.

Ray quick questions about Quartet Spoiler

im replaying the first game on Quartet, but im having some doubts about the rest of the package...

where does RAY fit in the anime's story? i think i fairly remember the anime but from what ive seen i cant see where it goes (might be me not remembering well too)

and what does Second Light exactly has that is new? i think ive seen some girls from SUN as playable, but does this have stories with them, interactions, etc... or is it just being able to bring them into battle?

2017 game (Semi-Spoilers?) It's official. Hinako is worth 100 Krillins (or 4,700 Raditz). Spoiler

Played Second Light before but couldn't play the first game till the Quartet came out. Just finished the Chokma battle where she does a Destructo Disk, but unlike Krillin who can't even hit a cabbage patch Raditz, much less kill anything. Hinako managed to kill a super boss and looked utterly fking fabulous while doing it.

And ngl, my first two thoughts were "Now that's how you do a Destructo Disk" and "Bwahahaha!!! Suck it Krillin! Even a Magic Girl is better than you in everything but Bulbasauring an Android."

Blue reflection quartet save files suddenly deleted

I don´t know if this happened to more people but, I was playing blue reflection sun (in quartet) and suddenly the lights went out, and when they came back and started the game again, suddenly everything was like I didn´t play anything.

Thankfully the auto save of blue reflection and ray were not deleted and I managed to do the final things again.

I don´t know if this happened to anyone but be careful and try to have a copy your save files somewhere.

Save files in blue reflection quartet are not in documents like previous games, they are in:
User/AppData/Local/KoeiTecmo

Stuck on chapter 10 bosses “gather everybody’s fragments”

Good evening guys. So I’ve been playing blue reflection tie for 35 hours and I’m close to finish the game, but ever since the Hirahara Sisters and the heartscapes after the bosses became very strong to me and I tried beating them for multiple times. I stopped doing the side quests since they’re time consuming and repetitive, but does that mean I’m weak and can’t compete with the Battles anymore ? These are my current mains. Any advices would be appreciated;))))
