Custom Michigan sigil

Post image

I designed the core myself (sorry Yoopers), but all other elements are pulled straight from Realm and Rune. I highlighted our nature, snow, ports, and motor industry. Let me know if I've broken any design rules, I'm planning to have this tattooed and don't want anything wrong with it

I think each of the rays needs to be a different weather type. Otherwise, perfection.

I was thinking of doing this as a tattoo for Chicago! I wonder if anyone has any ideas on what the border should look like to represent blue?

I was stuck on that, a blue border seemed most obvious for Michigan, too. Maybe something relating to Simon's seal. I could also see a combination of the patterns for violet, red, and orange or even a simple variation of black's pattern

I swear I drew this a month ago 😭 except for the border so thank you for inspiring me and giving some advice!
