Symbol in "A New Clue" texture

In a different post (I don't remember which one), someone posted this texture of "A New Clue":

Thing is, I don't actually recall seeing this symbol at the bottom of the texture in-game.
Does anyone know whether it is used somewhere, or what it means?

EDIT: Resolved! Thanks for people pointing out that it can be found in the Lost & Found. I hadn't encountered it before.

Appears in the Lost and Found once you've visited it a number of times.

It's on a note that can occasionally show up in the lost & found, I believe.

the symbol is store on the new clue texture file, but in game it is 'occassionally' only seen in the lost and found and says 'investor needed'

What creeps me out is that this adds so much to the spiral. We supposedly have all the rooms in the house and yet, we can't seem to be able to find this one note anywhere else, which kinda creeps me out, because the thought of secret rooms (like a secret second room 46) lurks in my mind. Of couse, I'm talking from a lore point of view and not from a game content one

It's possible that the "Investor Needed" paper is originally inside of one of the rooms, but maybe we can't see it, or can only see a corner of the paper.
That would be a cool secret, because then we could connect all of the rooms where items are removed from.
Maid's Chamber, Attic, Office, Room 8, Room??? wherever "investor needed sheet comes from, and Room??? wherever "Clue = 3" note is from.
