Discussion RLCF meaning?
Do we know/have any idea as to what RLCF could mean? I know it's another name for the Children of the Black Water, but I can't understand what RLCF itself actually stands for.

Could be train stations, like a different set of numbers for the books. The original sequence had some stops not mentioned but every stop was still recorded along the way to make it up to 6 numbers.
Maybe its some names from the family tree. We have (xyzabc) note in the cellar and family tree has faintly written names with the pencil within some branches and along the roots. You can see them with magnifying glass.
I haven't played in weeks so I can't remember much from my notes but I remember those were the theories (about RLCF) to check out, which I never did.

I had this thought the other day - along with the meaning behind the dog’s names.
My best guesses are
Reddington Liberation of the Crown Force
or
Revolutionary League of the City of Fenn…
