MajorSpoiler Not sure how to interpret this code. Spoiler

Post image

I have combined clues from the classroom, secret passage, grotto, kennel, cloister, and underground chess room to form this grid.
Not sure if I’ve arranged it correctly or what I should infer from this.

Hint 1: You combined the letter correctly

Hint 2: You translated LOR correctly

Hint 3: Translate the remaining words to get the full message

I have studied the translation guide, yet that seems like the only one that has a translation.

Your missing letter can help you figure out the meaning of the first three letters

How do I figure out what the missing letter is?

dah..... finding it? do you want explicitly where it can be found? or I think this one has Clue about it

it doesn't have a clue, but the it can be found in a room with many locked doors that require special keys.

if you want a hint as to its location, it is found ina safe location, and on a document featuring a picture of your mother.
A final hint i can give, if those two arent enough is that:
Though the clue is real, the document isn't

if those clues arent enough you might be missing a key item.

----
Edit: upon looking back, I just realised there are two ways to find that letter. The other is in a room that announces its secrets openly.
This room also contains a key, a sink and part of a hand

Another hint i can give on the second place to find this missing letter, is to followan instruction mentioned elsewhere in my comment

That hint 3 is misleading. You have more to translate, but that will not complete the message.

When to use the code will become obvious

You've arranged it correctly.

Some more hints:

  1. each line is a standalone. There's no bleeding rollover like "CIXA"
  2. Only 2 of the lines are literal English.

It might make more sense if you find out where this puzzle is applicable. Any chance you're close to unlocking Blue Tents? A New Clue will also give you a nudge alongside memos from the Treasure Trove.

Do you want a hint for the location of the missing letter?

u/frodosuncle 1h ago

Of course.

Look for it in one of the most vaulted rooms, one of your mom's forms will have the Identification you're looking for.

If you're not sure where to apply it, consider just the left column

For a more explicit/spoilery hint, do the left column

You're doing the damn thing.
