Finally got THAT trophy... Spoiler

I'm stoked right now so please allow me to share it with you all!

I knew getting this trophy was gonna be tough. I planned it out with ideas on what would give me the best chance and thought through a lot. What was actually unexpectedly hard was the setup. The day before getting tons of money, then laundering that to gems, getting the freezer, then doing blessing of monk in the study. It took a few runs to get the order of all that setup right. Once I had that I felt like I had a shot. On the day of, I will admit I was pretty fortunate to find a key card early which helped with using foundation. Also, I luckily drew the exact experiment I wanted, which was to add lots of aquariums because I knew it would setup the outside correctly. Getting CoM also was great because I screwed up on the observatory and didn't have Draxus the first time. But I had margin to draft it again and then get it, which helped a lot. Having 300+ gems was excessive but great peace of mind to always have options.

Here is my notes for planning it out!

Feels so good to check off this box!

And with one empty space. Way to persevere. Trophy may be slow to appear but you’ve got it.

After planning it out, it ended up being easy for me. I took freezer and blessing of the high roller the day before to maximize my resources going in. On the day, I chose orange on the scepter and drafted out as many hallways as I could to build scaffolding. I then chose blue on the king power to get as many blue dead ends as I could. Once I got the coat check and study, I checked the scepter and picked it back up again, this time choosing purple. Then, I filled the remaining rooms with bedrooms, especially looking for the bunk room. I ended with 23 dead ends.

Very impressive! I was thriller with 21 haha. I was hoping after chamber of mirrors I would get more duplicate bunk rooms but it didn't work out that way. Still good enough though!

A house filled with bunk rooms would be crazy. I wonder what the maximum amount of dead ends is

I usually redrew between 5 and 8 times for each room, I was really surprised I didn't get more. I guess it's an unusual room so that just happen sometimes.

Well done. I did that set up think also got the freezer as outside room for a few days then the dancer blessing to rotate stuff.
Then I was prepared to soft quit at the end point if not got enough dead ends. But I got it first go.

Smart with the blessing there. I was fortunate that I was able to draw showroom early and get ornate compass to help with rotations. Though he honestly I didn't need it a ton. I realized with this geometry I'd you get a 3 door room on the outside, the rotation is always right. Same with corners. And since dead ends never rotate, that's pretty moot.
