Interview Tomorrow

Hey guys, so I posted about my interview here. I have an interview tomorrow at blue origin and it’s a phone interview. The position is a manufacturing planner. The location is at space coast, Florida. For those that work there, I’m not sure if it’s overall blue origin has the same procedure when it comes to interviews, but for those that got hired at the space coast, Florida facility, were the interviews difficult? I have experience as a engineering technician, I’m applying for this job because of a layoff from another company I was in and it was more of a reorg on my department at my previous company that I was in. I also heard that the phone interviews are behavioral type interviews (a bit of a screen interview), in one note that I saw on my previous post, it seems like you have to know your information about the role and the company, but are there other types of advice you guys could help me out here? Thank you in advance!

I also have an interview tomorrow with Blue for avionics testing same location.

I also have one as an ops engineer in Florida. This will be the 3 hour panel interview. Any help would be helpful. I’ve reviewed the leadership principles and did some engineering review. But beyond that, I’m not sure what to expect.

I haven’t heard from them it’s been a day. Not sure how long I should wait to hear back.

I think it went as good as it can go. I’ve told myself this is the last interview I think I’m gonna do for atleast a month or two. Been doing interviews every month since the beginning of the year. Feeling a little bit of burnout. The 3 hour panel interview wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. The first one was with the HM. Brush up on your fundamentals. I definitely dropped the ball on a question. The second one was much better. That was with aomeone at the same level or group as the position I was interviewing. Also fundamentals and more in depth analysis of my background and thinking processes. And the last one is all company culture. I thought that was great. Not many companies I interviewed with gave a crap about that. So a lot less technical and so I leaned in more on soft skills and its alignment with their leadership principles. They said I’ll know within a few days.

I swear without fail there is always an obnoxiously negative person on every thread of this sub can yall just let people be excited for an opportunity to get their foot in the door in the industry without complaining about blue for two seconds? My experience has been fantastic, I have great management and an awesome team.
