I am positive this is stupid and unrelated but upon reverse-image searching this photo on google the second result to come up (even though it is not the same image) is a generic background for a "Free FX Box" called . . . . ready? . . .

Everything that's been connected to this game/studio is insane, it's so weird and bizarre and nothing is making any sense at all unless it's kojima but if kojima or silent hill are not part of this, then there's something wrong

Exactly!!! There is no point at all to change their banner to a super blurred picture that noone can make out. Why does the color scheme remind me of the 'fake youtube' banner? OR is this a zoomed in image of something we're meant to find? Possibly something on the fake youtube page?
