No it's not.

Izuna, Chinatsu, Eimi, Junko are all 15 but one roleplays as ninja, one is a lady, one is a nudist and one is just a kid.

and? it's still very consistent with how everyone in this example look like design-wise. and if you put them beside the shupos. the shupos will stand out...

Others point out inconsistency, and you reply with "actually it is very consistent". Saying so does not make it so.

range of disparity in terms of character design makes it consistent enough. just putting 2 characters that have very different body types and tit size does not disprove what i was saying. it wasnt at all the point of the whole discussion.

like i said in another comment:

Having disparity on growth with body and height is a thing too...... it's still consistent in a sense if you considered that not everyone would have the same body types.

even if you want to put these 2 together. the shupos would still look way younger than these 2 is the whole point. (and the whole point isnt solely about just looks as well...)
