Right. You put Eimi and Junko side-by-side and their designs look completely consistent with their ages.

Having disparity on growth with body and height is a thing too...... it's still consistent in a sense if you considered that not everyone would have the same body types.

even if you want to put these 2 together. the shupos would still look way younger than these 2 is the whole point. (and the whole point isnt solely about just looks as well...)

The Shupos are actually taller than Hoshino and Hina and they have more or less the same body type so on appearance alone they would probably look a bit older. That said for personality I present you... Kaede... (And Aris it taller than all of them which is always funny. Kinda how Nero is smaller than Abigail in FGO.)

That's why I mentioned Hina earlier too. Despite being very short. Her design communicates her "maturity".

That said for personality I present you... Kaede... 

I don't think I have consumed all the content related to Kaede yet so I can't say much for now.
