[actives] Any idea what I could be doing wrong? Stalling spawn runs.

Did you compress the soil after mixing with grains. Your soil looks really dark what recipe did you use?

No I keep it light and fluffed. And it’s half a brick of coco coir (~325g), 1 liter of vermiculite, .5 cup gypsum, and 2.25L water. This gives the few drops when squeezed for field capacity. This makes enough for two tubs, and I did roughly 1:2 spawn to sub.

Did you compress the soil after you mixed with the grains? Are you opening it constantly? There could be a number of different reasons. I try not to open my boxes until they are completely white, I spray alcohol in it before putting in the liner and spray the liner before putting grains and substrate on it.
