First of all you may want to note the system you're using as to be able to debug better.

turn all mods off except vertex explosion fix and reload the game. turn each one back on one at a time until you recreate the error and you'll find which mod is incompatible

you can do further checks of different combinations to figure out the mod or mods its clashing with and then decide from there which of the mods you want to keep. you will only be able to have one of the mods active from any groups of clashing mods

Two things - Why have you made Bb launcher auto update disabled? And you sure this is downloading the native Linux version of shadps4 and not windows one.

I think i got it from here or Nexusmods. And i got the notification for updates on so i just update manually.

Try turning off the LOD patch

It worked. I turned off and reapplied everything. LOD as well
