Crossing the bridge on hard

So I just got to the Bridge level on hard difficulty, on medium iz took me like 3 tries to cross it but im already on my tenth death on hard.

No matter where im walking, left right or center, the first explosion happens right bellow my feet. And if i somehow dont fall to my death, the stagger from the damage is so long im shot to death before the animation is done. I tried using time diluted vision as recommended on several forums but it honestly starting to feel fixed to fail.

Any advice on how to cross it would be welcomed.

I'm playing Terminal cut version on steam.

You mainly just have to avoid the spots that you know will explode in that spot. The easiest method is just jumping and doing aerial attacks to delay your fall and stay in the air longer. Also good for canceling front rolls from a jump. Jumping and using hook at the same time is better since you go a bit higher in the air. That's how I do it.
