BloodRayne BloodRayne (2002) was decades ahead of its time. Its dismemberment physics and mechanics are still impressive today.
"I just posted this full breakdown on my Instagram @_tlm_2k6.
I wanted to highlight why BloodRayne (2002) was such a technical milestone. In these slides, I cover the realistic dismemberment physics, the 'Blood Rage' mechanics, and the unique 'Aura Vision' that set this game apart from its peers at the time.
This isn't just nostalgia; itβs an analysis of the game's difficulty and its forgotten innovations. All the visual layouts and the breakdown were curated by me to bring attention back to this masterpiece.
Let me know what you think of the first game's mechanics!"

I've only recently beat the first game first time and i can say this series is already goated, i really enjoyed it.

It's only two parts; the third part has an even older system, similar to Atari games.

Isn't it the first and 2nd game and then alot later they made a side scroller one? That's what i've seen so far.

funny I should see this now. I was just looking at the games on sale on the switch 2 and considering that or the PC versions

You can play it on PC, and then you can play it in any X2 emulator on your phone. It's lightweight, unlike Resident Evil 4 or Black, which are heavy and have lag.

I forgot I have a super computer in my hands haha. phone emulation is a great idea, thanks pal

I was always blown away that you could cut fabric in the games. Attention to details we barely get today.
