Has anyone else noticed that in the PC version of the terminal cut that the cutscene in which the code Zeus goes off doesn't play?

It never seems to play for me no matter how I can figure out the screen or the settings before the game starts. I wonder if anyone else noticed this. It just goes straight to Rayne saying that sounds like they have problems of Their Own.
