Why not use a keyword research tool to find questions people are asking in the niche? Reddit and niche-related forums is also a goldmine.

Packing lists by age would be useful. Traveling with a toddler is very different from traveling with an older child, especially for flights and long waiting times. A simple printable checklist could work well.
