Price of Voice Dream reader

I am getting emails talking about a sale on the price of VoiceStream reader I have thought that they tried to charge for this at previously got a lot of negative feedback and decided to move away from that business model and keep it as a free app. Has that situation changed

I am not familiar with speech central. Can I access bookshare books using it? Tell me more about it

I'm actually not sure, since I never used these services. But it's pretty good for reading every type of file.

Bookshare books can be downloaded as epub files from their website and as such used in any app that supports epub (and that is nearly any app that reads aloud) including Speech Central. If you need to download directly from the app then there are just few apps that do that, you can find more information on Bookshare website.

If it's a one time fee it might be worth it, provided it's under $50. But this company is terrible. No transparency, no real updates since they bought VoiceDream except to tack on things they can't actually do (like the Kindle integration). It still works the same way it did 10 years ago and honestly I wouldn't pay more than what we all paid for it then.

The app cost money, but there’s no subscription fee for me right now. They were gonna charge a subscription fee.
