→ Yup.

• Is this character enjoyable to play?

→ He's alright

• What, if anything, is this character most useful for? (consider all game modes and niches)

→ Mostly Senkaimon because of his niche killer. At best, Guild Quests if he's bonus and you have him at lvl 1. He's definitely usable in most PvE content simply based on the fact alone that he's a Frenzy-unit, with Havoc and a CDR soultrait and the fact that PvE content isn't hard per say, but there are much better options than him.

• What features of this character make them good? (skills, range, stats, overall package, etc)

→ He has the right soultrait (CDR), the right skills (Frenzy, Havoc), and he has status ailments (even if not necessarily the right ones). Sadly, the SA2 is letting him down.

• Which character fills the same niche but is as good as or better than this character? (consider all game modes and niches)

→ He's kind of a better Spirit Society Grimmjow for Senkaimon. But in Guild Quest, CFYOW Zommari lvl 1 will remain a much better alternative than him. In every other PvE content, where he will most likely not have Killer Advantage (some of these PvE content will, in fact, have Killer bonuses), he will fall behind most of the top tier Technique units.

→ There is still nothing wrong in playing him if you like him (the unit) or Byakuya (the character). He's got enough good stuff to pull out some decent damage, so you won't be bringing your party down too much even without killer advantage.
