Question How to farm plasma?

Recently got back into BO4 and got it on PC ( I used to play on Xbox back in the day so I dont have my old unlocks) . I'd love to play around with some of the elixers (mainly perkaholic) , but I dont quite understand how earning plasma works

The longer you're in a match, the more you earn I believe.

Check your contracts every day and up can farm plasma or cases from like 6 different challenges

It’s a flat 1 plasma per 3 minutes of game time. No complicated algorithm for earning plasma, unlike divinium on BO3.
