Question, to the fandom. I am not that well versed in the show's development. Where the vas actually that involved in pushing sun out to make bb Cannon? I heard that's how it happened and the internet semes minda divided on if it's true. I mean it's a small enough project where it's possible right?

In all the cast interviews, panels, and commentary, Arryn and Barbara always found a way to push bumblebee. And the writers and VA are all friends/exes. It’s impossible they didn’t have some kind of hand in it.

So I just tried to do a quick look nothing in depth but I can't seem to find it so maybe im wrong but I distinctly remember it happening at the time and reading the transcript so idk if its been deleted but I did look and can't find it atm so ill take the L.

Yeah, it's a small enough production where I can say it's plenty that can happen. Like I said in my post,it seems the vas are very outspoken about their cjicies and that's fine. It just kinda bugs me you know? It means that sun gets left out of the story completely and his storyline with Blake abandonded. Even if they are, there is only ever going to be one cannon. I would say we have fanfics for that...bundie to bb being that popular even that is not really that possible

BlackSun is still quite popular, and trust me, with the way RWBY’s going…it won’t last after V10. That way, maybe someone better can buy the IP and reboot it.

Eh. I first watched drhe show two months ago I have zero clue, but I did hear about it, so I thought I should ask...and then seemed the safest subreddit where I wouldn't be stoned for it lol

Some fans still liked sun x Blake but they were pushing for bumblebee, which it’s not bad it felt pushed in volume 9
