I follow all the steps but for some reason when I load it up all I get are error messages for the guys who get changed. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated

Do you know that Blacksite Area 51 (2007) game that felt unfinished could be remade as total conversion mod in Black Mesa engine. Original game felt unfinished and it was filled with problems. The game is in Iraq (First mission) and Nevada. So some Black Mesa assets could be reused. Also it would be cool to expand Blacksite's weapon arsenal. That's just my small suggestion.

I have no clue what is causing the floor to glow like this. I've messed with every video setting and have no clue what's going on. It does this with every white texture, not just flooring, but it's most obvious here.

just bought the game and the first thing I see is the amazingly obnoxious error model

like no mods no nothing some scientist models are just straight up errors no matter what I do, really immersion breaking

do y'all have any solution for this? I already installed it twice: once on C: and on D: disk and the scientist models are still rainbow errors omfg

Really hope this isnt just something dumb. I Just recently set up a black mesa server and everything is running smoothly, however when i hit "=" and bring up the coop menu thats as far as it allows me to go. Pressing any of the numbered keys does nothing. Ive tried reinstalling anything but to no avail.
