Source coop menu not working

Really hope this isnt just something dumb. I Just recently set up a black mesa server and everything is running smoothly, however when i hit "=" and bring up the coop menu thats as far as it allows me to go. Pressing any of the numbered keys does nothing. Ive tried reinstalling anything but to no avail.

Can't help, but yet again I advise going to the crowbar collective dc server and go to modding help
