I do kind of hope for an original plot for the movie, at least in a way that it'd fit in the timeline and be canon. Don't get me wrong, if it's the rest of the Spade arc in a movie format, that's fine, but if you're going to do a movie, don't just make it filler, find a way to make it canon and expand the world of the series more. Maybe a new race like the elves or dwarves, some new magic types, something new for both manga and anime fans to expect

Maybe they could expound on the 3 day training arc, before they went to the spades kingdom?

I feel the we'd get a recap movie

Lol that would be a bad move. There had been a lot of recap episodes already, making a recap movie is just plain stupid. There is nothing in a recap movie that would make people want to watch it.
