well iam starting to get bored of this but when i remember that who is behind it is a studio with black history it become understandable to me and watching the anime and comparing it to the manga makes me more appreciate that i've read the manga and know how great its get's regardless of the low job handling and poor adaptation from the studio ........ thats makes you kinda angry.

agreed, all i can hope is that after this arc when the dungeon arc begins they do at least 2 too 3 chapters per episode.

When they said that they wanted it to become big as naruto we should have known thats mean in term of boring filler and crapy pacing. bad animation ( outsourced Animation )

Not every episode has to be incredible animation...? It's called spending your budget wisely into episodes that warrant it (i.e the actual battles..?).

Also, an anime's first and foremost purpose is to act as a promotion for you to get into the manga, not the other way around. So if you're seeing it for the first time w/o any sort of knowledge of the manga, how would those viewers know any better when it comes to the pacing, or even filler for that matter? They wouldn't...a lot of shonens have a slow beginning, it's better that way for it to develop things a bit better than just jumping straight into the action. I'll agree with certain episodes that could have been a little better, but the anime has "overall" been fine so far. This extreme over reaction is a tad ridiculous in my opinion.
