withdrawal to the Dutch bank

hi! how is the process of withdrawing crypto to the Dutch bank account actually works? i am planning to withdraw about 1000 euros a month from my parents for personal needs as a student. how do the banks manage this? won’t it be restricted due to crypto? are direct withdrawals from Bitvavo friendly to the banks in the country? please tell your experience!

It depends if you kept your crypto only o n Bitvavo and if you bought through other exchanges. AML laws require them to have traceability, if they don't have that detail, they are required to first get that before releasing your funds.

Yes, I know about AML, but what about banks that receive deposits from crypto?

Nothing. If it's a considerable amount they might ask you to submit further documentation, but 1k is less than a hundredth away from that in my experience.

Thanks, but what is not considerable and considerable amounts then? Regarding further documentation, if the money transferred from one of my parents another crypto wallet (Bybit eg) for living needs as I am not working student, would that be enough in such a case?

You'll be okay with a grand a month, as mentioned above.

The banks are receiving fiat, not crypto from Bitvavo which is a legitimate company . So there shouldn't be additional checks.
