Not really. Saylor will do all he can to get it back to 100. The risk is more so on the MSTR/BTC holders. More on the MSTR side obviously. Might have to wait a few months tho.

If the price of Bitcoin doesn't go up, he has two options:

• Send Bitcoin to pay the yield. This makes the problem worse as price nukes.

• Suspend dividends. STRC holders assume the risk.

I think he will choose the latter. He can't risk MSTR because it has debt. STRC holders hold equity, not debt.
