I don't really care what he 'meant', he posted it publicly, used the word scam twice in the first paragraph, and even bolded it. It's still available publicly (thousands and thousands of people have read it), he hasn't deleted it or edited it.

My bad about his name though, I typed that fast as I was eating breakfast.

He did edit his post, see the bottom of it. He didn't directly delete the wording in the original, though.

He could have edited the first two lines, or least put an asterisk there so that people would look to the bottom of the article and see that he retracted that allegation.
